This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the judgment of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, dated 27.11.2012 made in C.A.No.18 of 2011, confirming the Judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambatttur in C.C.No.458 of 2006, dated 28.03.2011.

When the criminal revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Since the revision is pending from the year 2013 and the petitioner is not ready to conduct the case, this Court has no other way except to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismiss the same for non prosecution. The respondent police is directed to secure the accused to undergo punishment imposed by the Courts below.
