The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.RC.No.1644 of 2022 dated 14.02.2023 and confirming the condition imposed in Para No.8(4) in crl.MP.No.18414 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-IX, Saidapet, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not alienate the vehicle and not to transfer the vehicle to any of the third party and report before the respondent police as and when required.
