This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.35072 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents filed the payment details made to the petitioner. It is seen from the payment details that the petitioner has been paid 4% interest on the gratuity amount, provident fund and leave salary. The cheque was also dispatched to the petitioner.
