Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for disobeying the orders of this Hon'ble Court in C.M.P.No.9386/2021 in S.A.No.489 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021 and punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
As directed by the Court the contemnors have handed over possession of the suit schedule property to the petitioners and in the affidavit that has been filed by Chakkrapani, the 1st respondent for and on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 in paragraph No.5, they have stated as follows:- " I further declare and undertake that we will not interfere with the possession of the suit schedule property, until the disposal of the Second Appeal or as long as the injunction order passed in CMP.No.9386 of 2021 in is force "
2. The compliance of the order is recorded as well as the undertaking that has been given is also recorded. It is needless to state that if there is any further interference with reference to the petitioners' peaceful possession of the suit schedule property till such time as the injunction order passed in CMP.No.9386 of 2021 is in force, the petitioners are given liberty to get necessary police protection to protect their possession. 2/4
