O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the show cause notice dated 10.02.2006. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all issues being factual issues, the petitioner may be permitted to file objections to the impugned notice before the Assessing Officer.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections to the impugned notice and raise all contentions. The objections shall be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
