Despite the Commissioner having been appointed as per the order dated 06.08.2025, the remuneration for the Commissioner has not been fixed.

However, it appears that the Commissioner has taken his warrant and is now filing a memo stating that his fee has not yet been fixed.
3. In view of the same, the fees of the commissioner is fixed at Rs.30,000/- and payable directly to the commissioner by the decree holder.
4. List the matter after three weeks.
