Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the panel dated 15.03.2004 issued by the 1st respondent in the Na.Ka.No.743/A2/04 drawn for promotion to the post of Middle School Headmaster in the Myladuthurai Panchayat Union and quash the same so far as the rank assigned to the petitioner as 4 and the rank assigned to the 3rd respondent as 3 and further direct 1st and 2nd respondent to assign rank No.3 to the petitioner and 4 to the 3rd respondent in the above said panel to award the consequential benefits.
