O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 21.12.2016, wherein and whereby, the petitioner requested the first respondent to instruct the officials not to remove the rough small stones stored in the petitioner's premises. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing after notice, the learned counsel for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that an order dated 15.11.2016 is passed by the first respondent directing their officials to sell the small rough stones seized from the petitioner's premises and such order has not been challenged by the petitioner so far.

3. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy by challenging the order passed by the first respondent on 15.11.2016. By granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
