ORDER
The petitioners made a representation on 08.06.2015 to the respondents seeking to consider themselves as hereditary trustees of Arulmighu Sri Chenraya Perumal Koil, Sivadhapuram, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Salem. The said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioners have to make a request to the second respondent under Section 54 of HR &CE Act. As and when the said representation is received, the same would be considered on merits.
3. Considering the same, the present writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make an application under Section 54 of HR&CE Act to the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
