This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960 against the order in

R.C.A. No.35 of 2012 dated 27.01.2016 passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Tribunal (Sub-ordinate Judge) at Poonamallee, which was confirmed the decree and judgment in RCOP. No.47 of 2010 dated 11.07.2012 passed by the learned District Munsif at Ambattur.

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 05.01.2018 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 17.01.2018. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
