Alleging that the order dated 26.11.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21762 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner has filed a writ of declaration for declaring that the recovery order passed by the authorities bad in law. This Court vider order dated 26.11.2019 allowed the writ petition by quashing the recovery order and granted liberty to the petitioner to make a representation in respect of retirement benefits and any other benefits. Alleging non compliance of the said order, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petitioner has filed the contempt petition without making any representation as directed by the order of this Court. Hence, he submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to make a representation within a period of two weeks.

3. On such representation made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and disburse the retirement benefits and any other benefits as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of the above directions, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
