PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 25.11.2021 passed in CRP No.2387 of 2021 by disconnecting the sewerage line for the petitioner's Junior block and international shool. It is now stated that the sewage connection has been restored and Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for Mr.K.Jayaraman, for the contemnors would submit that they had already moved for modification of the order dated 25.11.2021.

2. In view of the affidavit filed and the fact that the sewage connection has been restored, I do not see any need to keep this Contempt Petition pending. Leaving it open to the parties to work out their rights in the Civil Revision Petition, the Contempt Petition is closed.
