ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 08.11.2021 made in W.P.No.18328 of 2021.

Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.R.Kamalarani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, as against the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.18328 of 2021, intra-Court appeal has been filed and it is pending before the Division Bench of this Court, hence for the time being the petitioner is not pressing this contempt petition. 2/4
3. In view of the above, recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to file another contempt petition if any need arises in future.
