ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(2) of BNS (under Section 406, 417 of IPC) in Crime No.100 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Sum and substance of the complaint is that the petitioner along with others have collected Rs.33,90,000/- from seven victims promising job in the leather company in Vandavasi. However, after collecting the money, they were not able to get any employment for the victims. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The investigation indicates that the money collected has been given to this petitioner, who is A2.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is absconding and the money cheated is not yet recovered, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
