Basing reliance upon the prolonged possession, the petitioner made a representation 08.06.2015 seeking issuance of patta with respect to Survey No.4/1, Salavathy Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations dated 14.05.2012, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the subsequent representation said to have been given to the respondent no.1 dated 08.06.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
