Heard Ms. V.Srimathi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Bala Ramesh, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 514/E/2020 dated 18.06.2020 passed by the Second Respondent rejecting the request of the Petitioner not to collect the milk from the unregistered co-operative societies during COVID pandemic. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that at present the Respondents are not collecting milk from unregistered co-operative societies and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 12.02.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Maya Note: Issue order copy by 26.03.2024.
