(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) With reference to the grievances of the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader submitted a copy of the written instructions given by the Tahsildar and Revenue Inspector. The Revenue Authorities have stated that the encroachments had already been removed from the pathway i.e., 'epytpay; ghij* and road. 2.

If at all any further grievance exist in respect of the encroachment, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Collector for redressal of her grievance. As far as the present writ petition is concerned, the written instructions furnished before this Court reveals that the Page No.4 of 8
