The above appeals have been filed by the claimant as well as the insurance company to set aside common award passed on 31.03.2000 in MACTOP.No.1059 of 1995 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, II Judge Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the above appeals have already been disposed of by this Court vide common judgement dated 20.10.2017, however, as against the said judgement, neither the claimants nor the Insurance company have preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court. It is seen that the Registry has inadvertently listed this case today for final hearing. Hence, no further orders is necessary in these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
