CRP.No.2065 of 2022 Dr.D.NAGARJUN, J.

This Civil Revision Petition has been placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below, seeking extension of time to dispose of HMOP.Nos.1057 of 2016 & 2342 of 2022 pending on the file of the IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. It is seen from the records that while disposing of CRP.No.2065 of 2022 this Court by an order dated 05.07.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of HMOP.Nos.1057 of 2016 & 2342 of 2022 within a period of six months. However, the learned IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, has sent communication dated 23.02.2023 in D.No.911/2023 and sought further time for disposal of the case.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three(3) months time to dispose of HMOP.Nos.1057 of 2016 & 2342 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
