This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.8841 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four (4) months.
