CRL.MP.No.7506 of 2019 in CRL.OP.No.16314 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.

This Court passed an order dated 25.06.2018, directing the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks and to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties. Admittedly, the directions given by this Court has not been complied by the petitioners and this petitioner has been seeking for extension of time after nearly one year from the date of passing of the order. This Court is not convinced that the reasons stated in the petition by the petitioners for not having complied with the orders of this Court.

2. At this stage, this Court does not want to entertain this petition for extension of time of surrender.

3.The petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below for two hearings and thereafter again approach this Court seeking for dispensing with their presence in the proceedings, pending before the Court

below.
