This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.5[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9233 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
