Crl.M.P.No.8052 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6712 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6712 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for another period of six (6) months.
