Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass such further or other orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the Court made the following order:-
Application filed seeking to issue of subpoena to examine as witnesses (1) Mrs.Radhika; (2) R.Gopi; (3) Ponnivalavan; and (4) Haseena Syed.

In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, the petitioner has stated that the petitioner had filed the above Original Petition seeking permanent custody of the minor child Sana. In the trial, it is necessary these witnesses are examined as Court witnesses. Consequently, it is stated that subpoena is to be issued to them.

Heard the learned counsel for the respondent also. 4.
Counter has not been filed. During trial witnesses are often summoned and sufficient opportunity must be provided for cross examination. Taking those aspects into consideration, this Application is allowed. 5.
Post the matter before the learned Master for continuation of examination on 14.12.2017. On 14.12.2017, the learned Master is to take a decision on the dates on which the summons is to be issued and accordingly finalise the date for examination of the four witnesses.
