O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Krishnamurthy, a case in Crime No.547 of 2018 for girl missing has been registered, in which, the involvement of this petitioner is suspected.

4.In view of the above, direction as prayed for cannot be granted. The petitioner shall cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
