Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the order and decretal order dated 12.04.2022 passed in E.A.No.1 of 2021 in E.P.No.106 of 2019 in sofar as directing the petitioner to claim interest @ 6% instead of 18% on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengelpattu.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent reported that the case has been settled out of Court and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
