Today, the petitioner, the respondent and their respective counsel appeared through Video Conferencing.

2.Both the petitioner and the respondent have expressed their willingness to go for re-union.

3.However, the respondent wife expressed her grievance that since the petitioner is having the habit of consuming liquor all the time and he is earning only a meagre amount, it will be difficult to lead a decent life along with the child and therefore, she wants a job to come to Chennai and live with her husband.

4.Since this is a matter to be gone into by the Mediator, this Court hereby directs the learned Sub Court, Chidambaram to send both the parties to the Mediation Centre for giving them proper counselling. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

vga 5.As this Court finds some elements of settlement, I hope and trust that the learned Sub Court, Chidambaram will do the needful in taking efforts to re-unite both the parties.

6.It is made clear that both the parties shall not resort to any untoward method and not to use obscene words against each other since the same would create more problem in re-union.

7.With the above direction and observation, the C.M.P. is disposed of.
