O R D E R

This contempt petition is directed against the order passed on 22.11.2018 in W.P.No.28938 of 2018, wherein, this Court had directed the fourth respondent therein, who is the Contemnor herein, to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.07.2011 and 05.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondents 1 and 2 and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CONT.P.No.1723 of 2019 petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The contemnor, who is the Tahsildar of Mathukarai, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5238/2018/A2 had considered the representations of the petitioner and had given her a personal hearing and passed an order, however, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

The Contempt Petitioner, instead of challenging the said order in the manner known to law, has filed this Contempt Petition. However, the order of this Court has been obeyed and there is no contempt. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to her to challenge the same.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
