This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in pursuance of the F.I.R in Crime No.476 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.476 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ulundurpet on 01.09.2016 against the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
