Pursuant to a Sale Deed said to have been executed on 09.03.1988, the petitioner made a representation on 31.05.2012 seeking issuance of patta. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.It appears that the representation has been given only to the respondent no.2 that too in the year 2012 and three years have elapsed now.

3.Considering the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to give a representation to the respondent no.1 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enclosing this order. The respondent no.1 shall pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
