JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, both the parties are present along with their respective counsel and filed a joint memo of compromise, wherein, both the parties and their counsel have signed the memo. The parties have also agreed the terms of compromise to be true, valid and correct and there is no coercion in entering the compromise.

2. In view of the same, there shall be a decree in terms of joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the final decree. No costs.
