This Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs: a) To take this report on record.

b) To Permit the Official Liquidator to avail an auctioneer from the panel of auctioneers of Hon'ble High Court, Madras and permit them to conduct auction as stated at para 10 above with general terms and conditions.

c) To permit the Official Liquidator to hand over the movable assets to the Successful bidder and also hand over the vacant possession to Church of South India Trust Association within 5 days on receipt of entire sale consideration and after obtain necessary confirmation Order from the Hon'ble High Court, Madras.

d) To meet the expenses from the funds of the company in liquidation.
