The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner (Finance) of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan dated 25.01.2024, which reveal that the orders have been complied with and it is also seen from the proceedings dated 05.02.2024 issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan that the employee has been directed to refund the CPF MS amount of Rs.11,14,134/- and to submit his pension papers to the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tirupati. 2/4
