This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC.No. 837 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional Special judge for NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused persons with illegal possession of 80 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
