This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11869 of 2023 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be blood related surety.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 24.05.2023, had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11869 of 2023 with a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be blood related surety. He further submitted that since the parents of the petitioner are no more and the petitioner has no brother or sister, the wife of the petitioner may stand as surety to him. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be the wife of the petitioner, each for a like sum. The other conditions shall remain intact.
