Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case in Crime No.313 of 2014 was registered on the file of the Thirumulaivoil Police Station on the complaint given by one Ebenezer and the nature of the complaint in Crime No.313 of 2014 and the present complaint is similar and therefore the complaint given by the petitioner is forwarded to the Thirumulaivoil Police Station for further action.
