Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no complaint has been received by the second respondent or by the first respondent.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to give fresh copy of the complaint dated 24.12.2014 to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
