ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners/Accused in Crl.O.P.No.14861 of 2020 on the conditions of "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, dated 22.09.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police on first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
