Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Crime No.36 of 2014 was enquired into and final charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi for offences under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506(i) of IPC. But the learned Magistrate has not taken the charge sheet on file. 3.In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4.It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
