This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition so far is petitioner is concerned in Crl.M.P.No.536 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2023 dated 12.02.2024, that the petitioner herein to deposit a sum of Rs.9.75/- Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.113 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur and on such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur may transfer the said amount to the Fixed Deposit and pass final orders at the time of conclusion of trial.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition to deposit the amount alone is modified to the effect, that the petitioner herein is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to credit of Crime No.113 of 2023. All other conditions remain the same. Time is extended till 28.06.2024 for executing sureties and to comply with the conditions.
