Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet was filed before the EC Court, Coimbatore. 3.In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
4.It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
