O R D E R

The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 04.03.2026 received from the learned Principal District Judge,

Namakkal, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2022, which was subsequently transferred to its file and renumbered as Spl.C.C.No.57 of 2026, by a further period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2022 subsequently renumbered as Spl.C.C.No.57 of 2026 after transfer, pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, is hereby extended by six months from the date of letter of the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal ie., 04.03.2026. 29.04.2026 skt Note to office:- The Principal District Judge, Namakkal may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
