This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pendinig in crime No. 112 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 1920 Nitrovet tablet. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner ready to abide any conditions. He prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having one previous case.

5. Considering the fact of the case, the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. On seeing the gravity of the offence, this court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
