ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Civil Revision Petition invoking the supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in MCOP.No.3408 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondents inspite of printing their names in the cause-list after service.

3. The proceedings in MCOP.No.3408 of 2013 was instituted by the petitioner claiming compensation from the respondents. The diary extract indicates that the matter has been adjourned periodically for evidence. The matter is now posted for adducing evidence on the side of the respondents.

4. The learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Chief Small Causes Court) Chennai, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in MCOP.No.3408 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30.11.2016. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
