This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7(ii) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11771 of 2024 vide order dated 16.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed.
