ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to receive the gift deed dated 27.07.2021 executed by the petitioner in favour of the Assistant Director, District Town Planning Authority, Salem District, towards the road and parking space and to register the same.

2. Heard Mr. C.K.M. Appaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that the writ petition is of the year 2021 and if the gift deed had not already been registered till now, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application before the respondent and appear on the prescribed date and submit the document and the same shall be registered, if it is otherwise in order. 2/4
