Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners praying to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.8685 of 2024 and to grant time to comply with the said condition imposed by this Court.

3. On perusal of the orders passed by this Court, it is seen that the petitioners in order to show their bonafide, undertook to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- each to the credit of Crime Number. Accordingly, this Court granted interim bail by directing the petitioners to deposit a sum Rs.15,00,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2024 before the satisfaction Court.
4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition imposed in Crl.O.P.NO.8685 of 2024 dated 12.04.2024.
