This petition has been filed to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15301 of 2022dated 08.02.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15301 of 2022 dated 08.02.2024 quashed the C.C.No.341 of 2018, however, in the order copy it is mentioned as C.C.No.341 of 2018 is closed. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. Accordingly, para (5) of the Crl.O.P.No.15301 of 2022 dated 08.02.2024 is modified as follows:

"Considering the fact that as per the terms of compromise, divorce was granted in favour of both parties in H.M.O.P.No.817 of 2018, thereby the marriage was also dissolved. Hence, the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant is not inclined to proceed further in the proceedings in C.C.No.341 of 1/3

2018. So as per the terms of compromise, the petition is allowed and the C.C.No.341 of 2018 is hereby quashed. "

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.08.2024 Sma 2/3
