ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(A) read with Section 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015, in Crime No.24 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner was involved in selling Ganja to the general public and juvenile persons and it is further alleged that the petitioner was in possession of 12 pockets of Ganja (totally weighing about 120 grams). Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was in possession of 120 kgs of ganja. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the quantity of the ganja involved, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
