This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondents to investigate the case in Crime No.1197/2013 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report before the competent court within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents police to file final report in connection with the case in Crime No.1197 of 2013 on or before 31.08.2015.
